The primary function of Field Operators (FO) and Issuing Officers (IO) is to perform operations on Transend’s assets. To perform these roles, FOs and IOs require Transend authorisation. Before gaining authorisation, officers must undergo rigorous training, both on and off the job, conducted by qualified mentors and registered training organisations.
